Commissioning me means that you have read and agreed to abiding by the following Terms of Service listed below, as well as the Guidelines.

| ⟡ By ordering a work by Irisu (the artist), you have shared ownership limited by PERSONAL USE* of the ordered output. |
| ⟡ Since this is a shared ownership, your finished artwork belongs to you! It cannot be sold to anyone else. |

| ⟡ I still retain the rights to display the artwork for display and portfolio! But please just state in advance if you would like to keep the artwork private. |
| ⟡ I have the right to reject or cancel a commission for any reason |

*What does PERSONAL USE mean?⟡ Your beautiful drawing can be used in personal spaces without being subject to direct monetization. Use it for social media icons/banners, gifts, wallpapers, posts, etc.!⟡ HOWEVER, they cannot be printed and re-sold, used as a form of merchandise, or used for other commerical purposes or redistribution methods.⟡ Also, this artwork cannot be used as NFTs (Non-fungible token), trained into AI datasets, or be enhanced using AI programs. We do not support AI in this house!
☁︎ Revision Policy
"3 - 3 - 1 revisions"⟡ I provide 2-3 thumbnails before a sketch is sent in order to preview the composition. If unsatisfied, the client is allowed only 3 major revisions or new thumbnails.
╰┈➤ If client is still unsatisfied, I will refund 50%.
⟡ When a sketch is sent, I allow a maximum 3 revisions.
⟡ If we reach the coloring process (no refund at this point), I do allow for only 1 major revision to the coloring.⟡ Any additional revisions will have an additional fee of 15%.

⟡ Visual References are required! Whether it be a few images, a pinterest board, or a small sketch— they’re needed! Please either send me a Pinterest board or a Google drive link with all the images you need!⟡ All progress shots will be watermarked! The watermark will only be removed when the final product is sent.⟡ You can expect frequent updates from me, especially if I am unable to continue your request or there is a major delay.⟡ As further reminder, please take note that prices may vary to accomodate for service fees.
